Happy All Hallows Eve: NFL Week 8

I am back to 5 hundred. For the season. What a scary preference by the Raiders last week, The Saints seemed frightened by the Dolphins but got through the haunted house. The Vikings almost came back from the dead in an epic battle. There are a lot of terrible teams in the NFL this season. Tampa Bay, Cleveland, Carolina, and Saint Louis all played their zombie costumes to perfection in week seven. Will the zombies continue their freighting act?

At Baltimore -3.5 Denver

Prepare to be scared by the ferociousness of the hitting in this ball game. Baltimore and Denver will not be frightened by each other. Baltimore desperately needs a win at 3-3 to keep up with division foes, Pittsburgh and surprising Cincinnati. At home, inspired the Ravens win by a touchdown.

Houston -3.5 At Buffalo

Houston seemed scared in the second half of the 49er game, last week, but managed to hold the 49ers down long enough. The Houston defense looked great until Alex Smith got his chance. Buffalo beat a struggling Panthers team. Buffalo will keep this game close for awhile but the Texans have a stronger defense and more potent offense. Look for the big wide out Andre Johnson to have a big day. Texans by a touchdown.

At Green Bay -3 Minnesota

Green Bay will play inspired facing their old quarterback. The Tundra will be rocking like never before. But the greasily veteran, will play with something to prove against his old team. Yes, Favre has something to prove coming off a loss to the defending champions, why the Packers should of kept him.

NY Giants -1 At Philadelphia

Mcnabb has finally been given some weapons to play with. Deshaun Jackson and Jeremy Maclin will have big days. Maybe a kick return or two for the Cal Alum. The Giants will make this a battle for the ages but will falter on defense late in the game. I am expecting Westbrook to shake off the concussion and play ball like the warrior he is. Eagles by a field goal.

Last Week: 3-2

Season: 18-18
